Please ask at Reception for a Request Form; when completed by you it will be passed to the Doctor concerned.

Our practice has access to interpreter services for patients with hearing or language difficulties. The Organisation Action on Hearing Loss can provide an interpreter for patients who have a hearing impairment; they usually require one to two weeks notice in order to provide an interpreter for a patient’s appointment.

The Practice also uses an Organisation called Language Line who provide a telephone language interpretation service for patients who have difficulty with the English Language. This service is available at short notice. If you have a relative I friend or if you care for someone who requires one of the above services, please ensure that you advise our receptionist when making an appointment.

There are a number of services that are not covered by the NHS.  A list of charges is displayed at Reception.

Please inform the Receptionist if your appointment is for an Insurance/Tax or Driver medical as the Doctor will need more time.
